Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the game Tiny Parking ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have. The Game is published by Diva Labs.
By installing or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
The Game does not ask you to create an account, and we do not request your name, email address, phone number, or postal address. We do not collect this information.
Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress on the device itself: the levels you have completed, your stars and times, coins, unlocked cars, your remaining lives, and your sound, music and vibration settings. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
Information collected automatically by advertising partners
The Game displays advertisements supplied by third-party advertising networks. To deliver and measure those ads, these networks may automatically collect:
- Your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID)
- Device information such as model, manufacturer, operating system version, language, and screen size
- Your IP address, from which an approximate location (such as country or city) may be derived
- Information about your interaction with ads, such as which ads were shown, viewed, or tapped
- Basic diagnostic and performance information about the advertising in the Game, used to keep it working correctly
We do not receive your precise GPS location, and the Game does not request location permission.
2. How the information is used
Information collected through the Game is used only to:
- Display advertisements, which is how the Game is funded
- Measure whether ads were delivered correctly and prevent advertising fraud
- Diagnose technical problems with the advertising so the Game keeps working correctly
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build profiles for purposes unrelated to the Game.
3. Third-party advertising partners
The Game uses the following advertising service, which acts as an independent data controller for the information it collects:
- Google AdMob (Google LLC) — see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
These partners handle your information under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
4. Children's privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13. On Google Play it is listed for players aged 13 and over, and it does not take part in Google Play's Families programme.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us at nafladiva@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
5. How long information is kept
We do not operate servers and do not store your information ourselves. The progress and settings saved on your device stay there until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Any information collected by our advertising partners is retained according to their own retention policies, which are described in the privacy policies linked in section 3.
6. Your choices
- Change your advertising consent (European Economic Area and United Kingdom). If you play in those regions, the Game asks for your advertising choices the first time you play. You can change them at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the Game.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android, open Settings → Privacy → Ads (on some devices Settings → Google → Ads), where you can delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization.
- Turn off personalized ads. The same Android settings screen lets you opt out of interest-based advertising across apps.
- Stop all collection. Uninstalling the Game ends any further collection of information through it, and removes the progress saved on your device.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, correct it, request its deletion, or object to certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have these rights under the GDPR; residents of California have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Because we do not hold personal information ourselves, requests about advertising data are usually best directed to the relevant advertising partner. You may also contact us at nafladiva@gmail.com and we will help where we can.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Game and its users. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add a new advertising partner or feature. The revised version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be noted in the Game's store listing.
